The Year 11 Agriculture and Year 12 Scientific Studies Agriculture students, along with Mr Ayliffe, Mr Lyons and Mrs Gilbert attended the Fleurieu Ag Fest Tech Field Day and Careers Expo held at the Yankalilla Show Grounds on Monday 20 March. Students listened to a range of speakers and visited many expo stalls and displays including the Heavy Vehicle Simulator, Artificial Intelligence for feral animals, Animal and Veterinary Science, Climate Science, Regenerative Farming, Business Technology and research. The presenters included the Department of Primary Industries and Regions, Dairy SA, Alexandra Cheese Company, the University of Adelaide and much more. It was a jam-packed day full of amazing experiences and information. Over 40 exhibits were on offer for our students to learn about careers and technology in Agriculture.
