The Year 5s journeyed to Monarto Zoological Park to finish their Science studies on the adaptation of animals and plants and how different biomes create different adaptations. The Monarto Educational guide was fabulous, explaining all the different habitats that the animals are located in and what the rangers do to manage the animals so they have diversification in their habitat and can thrive. The students then explored and investigated the rest of the park, with the chimpanzees being a real highlight!
