Our Receptions enjoyed such beautiful spring weather on their Humanities and Social Services (HASS) excursion to Granite Island. Students walked around the island looking at different special places and even found some sleepy lizards basking in the sun along the way. Students learnt about different ways to care for Granite Island and even acted on some of the ways they could care for it such as picking up rubbish, staying back from animals and watching from a distance, and sticking to the tracks. What a marvellous day for such a learning-rich excursion.
