Investigator College sent a team of 36 representatives from Year 4 – Year 7 to the annual SAPSASA Athletics Carnival at Victor Harbor R-7 School this week. The team had a great day, in perfect conditions, and were a credit to our College.

Kai Iwao – Discus and Long Jump

Caleb Polson – High Jump

Max Brown – 800m

Jemma Ellis – 100m and 200m


Jemma Ellis – Long Jump

Lucy Pearce – 100m and 200m

Paige Stichel – 100m, 200m and Long Jump

Isabella Norton – High Jump

Kai Iwao – High Jump


Jemma Ellis – High Jump

Ella Watters – High Jump

Paige Stichel – Shot Put

Lucy Haythorpe – Shot Put and Discus

Joe McHugh – Shot Put

Mathilde Parnis – Long Jump

Evie French – 800m

Caleb Polson – 800m

Oliver Pitchford – 100m

Georgina Tenny – Discus

Sam Bailie – Discus

Some other notable achievements for the day:

Caleb Polson joined Kai Iwao as equal record holder in the 12 year old boys High Jump, which is a terrific effort.
Kai Iwao, Jemma Ellis and Paige Stichel received placings in all of their events which is a great result for each individual.

Eight of our students have been selected for the Southern Districts SAPSASA Athletics team, to compete in the State SAPSASA Country Athletic Championships at Santos Stadium in September:
