About This Role

Join Our Team as a Community and Events Coordinator!

Investigator College is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community and Events Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role is pivotal in fostering community engagement through the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will act as a key link between the College and our valued partners, including staff, students, parents, supporting congregations, old collegians, and local community groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, promote, and coordinate College events.
  • Manage event calendars and provide logistical support.
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure cost-effective events within budget.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Collaborate on the College’s digital and media strategy.
  • Innovate ways to keep old scholars connected and coordinate reunions.
  • Ensure events comply with policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

This position offers 41 weeks of work per year, 2 days per week, making it ideal for someone seeking a flexible and impactful role.
