About This Role

Join the Investigator College team as our SACE and Future Pathways Coordinator!

Investigator College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SACE and Future Pathways Coordinator. This role involves overseeing SACE, VET, and Career counselling coordination, engaging students in planning their pathways beyond school, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. This position will deliver a teaching load of approximately 0.5 FTE.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage student registration and enrolment to meet SACE requirements.
  • Handle VET enrolment, results, and qualifications data.
  • Provide information on SACE assessment and examinations.
  • Represent the college at relevant forums and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Establish apprenticeships, traineeships, and work placements.
  • Maintain communication with RTOs and support agencies.
  • Lead career counselling sessions with students, parents, and staff.
  • Organise career-related guest speakers, excursions, and events.
  • Lead the Year 10 work experience program.
  • Deliver a teaching load of approximately 0.5 FTE.
  • Manage parent and community concerns related to SACE, VET, and careers.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Principal and Head of Secondary School on student pathways.
  • Strong understanding of SACE, VET, and career counselling.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
