Over the April holiday break, the College commenced well overdue building maintenance works with the replacement of laser lite sheeting and other roofing improvements.  This work will continue over the July holiday period.

Upgrading of building heating and cooling infrastructure commenced in 2020 with an upgrade to the Middle School building. This will continue with an upgrade to the Junior School Buildings beginning over the July holiday break with completion in early 2022.

Replacement of the main oval irrigation system will also be undertaken over the July holiday break.  The College was successful in obtaining $60,000 in State government funding to assist in the completion of this project.

Major painting of the external and internal features of the Junior and Middle School buildings will commence on the completion of the works outlined above.

The College recently engaged CIRQA to undertake a traffic management review on traffic flows both within and adjacent to the College.  There were 17 recommendations made, and CIRQA engaged to assist the College in implementing the recommendations.

Improvements to learning spaces in the Junior and Middle School have also been budgeted in 2021.  The Heads of Junior and Middle School will further elaborate on these improvements in future issues of Directions.
