Congratulations to Year 10 student Chloe McPherson who was successful in the Flinders University Fearless Conversations from our Next Generation competition. Secondary students across the state were invited to upload a 30-second video ‘fearlessly’ discussing a topic of concern to their generation. Chloe was one of three winners with her ‘conversation’ covering the issue of the minimum age of criminal responsibility in response to the ‘Raise The Age’ petition.
Along with the other two successful candidates, Chloe presented to a panel and audience at The Adelaide Town Hall on 8 September. It was inspiring for all to see young people advocating for change and presenting such challenging information in such a mature way.
Congratulations Chloe, a truly informative presentation.
