Casual & Relief
Teaching
Investigator College is always seeking qualified teaching and learning staff who are interested in casual, relief or short-term teaching roles.
Our Casual/Temporary/Relief Teaching Pool is open to all qualified teaching and learning staff with experience in classroom teaching from Reception through to Year 12.
Eligibility & Qualifications
To be eligible to engage in casual or relief teaching work at Investigator College, invidiuals must:
- Hold a current teaching registration, valid in South Australia;
- Hold a current and valid Working With Chidren Check (WWCC) or equivalent;
- Be an Australian Citizen, or be able to provide proof of ability to work in Australia.
Availability
Our casual and relief teaching staff are able to indicate their availability when completing their TRT Registration at Investigator College.
Due to the constantly changing nature of our relief staff needs, greater availability will be looked upon favourably when considering candidates for TRT roles.
Desired Experience
Our Casual and Relief Teaching Pool is open to teachers of all experience levels.
Appointed TRT staff will need to feel comfortable stepping into classroom settings at short notice, and have a strong understanding of the curriculum/subject(s) being taught, especially in our Middle and Senior School.
