The Year 7 Outdoor Adventure Camp was a blast!

From beginning to end, students were challenged to face their fears and give it a go. From mountain biking down the trails (and then back up again) to climbing to the top of Mount Lofty, cooking tea on trangias and a damp night under canvas …and we are only on Day One!
Day Two and the the 7s were raring to face Challenge Hill. The obstacle course was both great fun and pushed the students to the limit. That afternoon was spent in team and leadership games and moving into the Old House at Woodhouse. The day rounded off beautifully with an awesome game of Spotlight.
Day Three started early but with bacon and eggs for breakfast. Students did the three Falls (without any actual falls) hike in Morialta Gorge or rock climbed and abseiled with the Out Grow team. The highlight of the final day was without doubt the laser skirmish.
It was a fantastic camp and thanks must go to organising teacher Jacob Crate.
