The Year 8s have returned from a fabulous camp at Ankara, Walker Flat. Staff and students enjoyed the stunning location with beautiful sights and sounds to take in.

A lot of fun was had completing various problem-solving activities, team challenges, along with raft building and kayaking. Kayaking provided a mixture of relaxing paddling along the river with some very tricky maneuvers when all joined together as one.

Evening activities included minute to win it type challenges and an amazing quiz prepared by one of the students.

Everyone was spoilt with the delicious meals which included homemade lasagna, barbecue, pancakes, pizza subs, just to name a few.

The three days were filled with laughs, new experiences, and a chance to build on friendships, new and old, amongst all the people there.

People are the key to making any camp a success, and the students made sure that this camp was an amazing experience.
